• Free and paid web tools — online utilities including Image Batch Resizer, CSV Joiner, and Transcript Cleaner, available with free tier usage limits and optional Pro upgrades.

3. Pro License

Certain web tools offer a Pro upgrade that removes usage limits. Pro licenses are:

• One-time purchase — a single payment of $9 USD per tool, with no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Per-tool — each Pro license applies to a single tool. Purchasing a license for one tool does not unlock Pro features in other tools.
• License key based — after purchase, you receive a license key that you enter in the tool to activate Pro features. No account creation is required.
• Stored locally — your license key is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser data will require re-entering your key.

4. Free Tier Limits

Free tier usage limits vary by tool. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion. Current limits are displayed within each tool.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. To request a refund, please contact us through our support page.

6. Data Processing

All data processed by our web tools and Chrome extensions is handled entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files, images, or text content to any server. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding on smallwins.biz are owned by SmallWins. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our tools or their source code without permission.

Any content you process through our tools remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over your data.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability
